Membership Report-
Dues for 2015 are $25. John Jones - Dues for 2015 are $25. Send your 2015 dues to John Jones - 301 N Main St, Le Sueur, MN 56058-4361 or go online to www.ehridersclub.com. You can contact John at duc88825@hotmail.com 4062. We will decide early in 2015 what the new gift will be. If you have ideas please let us know.

New Business -
- More riding/activities other than just the Annual Rally during 2015. We discussed a Huron meeting ride, a Hubble House Dinner ride, a Steir’s Museum ride as possibilities.
Phoenix Bike Week - Departing 22Mar2015 returning 31Mar2015. Paul has been in contact with Dave and Jennie Hanlon. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Scottsdale North - 7350 East Gold Dust Ave Scottsdale AZ 877-318-5892 - $215 including tax. So far Paul Michels, Lorn Herrmann, Joe H, Rick Fries, Adam Herrmann, Doug Bruns, Virgil Gannon, Gary Thomforde, and Chuck Barsness are planning on going. Gary will be taking his camping trailer/toy hauler down. Lorn, Adam, Virgil, Doug, and Chuck are planning on flying down. Paul will be driving down and can haul 6 possibly 7 bikes. Joe will be riding with Paul. Rick will be driving down and hauling his own bike.
2015 Rally-
2015 Rally will be held from Wednesday 08Jul2015 to Sunday 12Jul2015. New locations? 150 miles or less a day. Brian from North Star Power Sports in Albert Lea has invited us back next year so Wednesday we will be at Albert Lea, then possibly Thursday and Friday nights in Winona, and then to St Peter for Saturday night. Volunteers are needed to help plan rides etc?
- FROM: ARTICLE VI DISSOLUTION This Club may be dissolved in accordance with law. Any assets remaining after payment of costs and expenses of the dissolution proceedings, payment of debts, obligations and liabilities of the Club shall be distributed to the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum to help establish and/or maintain or improve an Excelsior- Henderson® motorcycle exhibit.

No response to date.
March is election of officers - Odd years we elect an assistance director and a treasurer. Nominations should go to the secretary no later than the February meeting so they can go out in the minutes. Lorn Herrmann was nominated for Assistant Director and Pauk Michels was nominated for Treasurer at the last meeting
New Website- Detials will be figured out prior to Bike week so the site can be up and running.
New PayPal on Website- Adam to change.

Next Meeting - The March meeting will be held at the Phenix AZ Rally with a date and time TBD at Dave & Jennie Hanlons.
Misc-
Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and now has the Time-Sert front and back drain plug repair kits available.  There will be a nominal cost for the inserts.  Just contact Buck at ksbailey@mchsi.com or 612-860-7278 as they are available for use by any of our members.
