Membership Report - We currently have 26 members for 2012.  The 2012 Membership Drive is on and runs through to the March Meeting.  Dues are again $20.  Membership can be sent to John Jones – 301 N Main St, Le Sueur MN 56058-4361 or go online to ehridersclub.com and pay with PayPal.  You can contact John at duc88825@hotmail.com or 507-665-4062.

 

Treasurers Report - Phil reports that our balance is running higher than last year and financially we are in solid shape.

 

Old Business

 

Web Site - Randy and Bob are continuing to work on finding a new home for our web site.  Randy and Bob reviewed some of the options available.  Randy has moved us to an interim server which seems to be working fine.

Holiday Party - The Holiday Party is set for Saturday February 25th at Treasure Island Casino near Red Wing, MN.   Meet at 11AM at the Tradewinds Buffet for the meeting and lunch.  The Pioneer Chapter will pay for your lunch if you have paid your 2012 membership dues.

Rally 2012 – The Rally dates are set for July 11–15, 2012.  If you have suggestions for this years Rally please let us know so we can consider them.

New Business

Election of Officers - A new Director, a new Secretary, and a new Membership Chairperson will be elected at the March 2012 meeting.  If you are interested in one of these positions or know of someone you want to put on the ballot, send a note to Chuck Barsness or give him a call.

Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members.  Just contact him at ksbailey@mchsi.com or 952-440-9989.  Buck will soon have The Club purchased Time-Sert front and back drain plug repair kits.  There will be a nominal cost for the inserts.
