Buck Bailey brought
the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report – Treasury report not
available however, no changes or purchases have been made that we are
aware of so treasury is fine.
Membership Report – Randy reported
that membership is up as some have been included with Rally sign-ups.
Current membership is 108. Cool!! Dues are still $20.

X Rally 2010
This year’s Rally was a wonderful success. Everyone had a
fantastic time and the weather cooperated until Saturday night when it
rained cats and dogs!
During the meeting Buck, Waz and Ken
suggested that members send us any ideas or concerns to the Officers so
we can address them. As a group we had every member introduce
themselves and names were established. A suggestion was made to
provide a name tag button or souvenir that will enable us to connect
quickly with people’s names (esp. when we have not seen each other in a
year). A motion was carried to consider this for next year’s
Rally.
Another member suggested that we try and schedule the
next Rally to coincide with Belle Plaine’s Barbeque Days. The
Officer’s will take this under advisement and announce next year’s Rally
dates in coming minutes.
Ken Bretz led the Poker run on Saturday and
congratulations were given to Jackie Hale who won the pot. She
graciously donated the proceeds it to another member who was ticketed
during the ride. Way to go Jackie.
Amy took the floor to
announce that the Club and attending members would be contributing to
the Le Sueur Food Shelf this year. I believe the grand total
donated was $520 [Update: The Club
donated $300 and the Rally members donated an additional $300].
Representatives at the food shelf were extremely grateful as this year a
record number of people in the area are out of work and in need of their
services. Thank you to all who contributed. Bikers are by
far the most generous people in the World.

New Business – No new business to speak of.
Flashlights for Sale – We have a few flashlights, the 2009 Member Gift,
