Treasurer’s
Report
–Phil Ward reported financially we are doing well.
Income for membership and merchandise sales and expenses for
website and treasure island party.
Membership
Report-
John Jones reported we have 75 members that have renewed so far for
2010. Our Membership Drive
is on from now thru the March Meeting.
Dues are again $20.
Membership can be paid by going online to ehridersclub.com or you can

New Business -
Rally 2010 – The dates have been set for July 7th thru 11th.
Get your reservations in early.
You can contact Dale or Cindy at the Downtown Motel

If you have ideas for the Rally please let us know.
We discussed the possibility of having the dinner after the Poker
Run on Friday at the Motel rather than at Whiskey River.
This will be discussed further as we start planning Rally 2010.
Looking for volunteers to help us plan the rally poker run and
other rides. Starting work
on the brochure, needs to be to the printer by May.
Chuck is working on the details and will update at next meeting.
John is looking at entertainment.
2010 Member Gift – We decided the membership gift this
year would be a pocket knife.
It will have “Excelsior-Henderson Riders Club” etched on it.
Election of Officers – At the March meeting new
officers were elected.
Congratulations to Buck Bailey as Director and Teri Peterson as
Secretary and John Jones as membership chairperson.
Flashlights for Sale – We have a few flashlights, the 2009 Member Gift,
for sale at $10 each including shipping.
