Waz brought the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report –
Phil Ward
- Treasurer's Report - Phil Ward reported that all is well. Rally
registrations are coming in and the Rally plaques have been paid for. PayPal
fees and other normal expenses have been paid for.
Membership Report – John Jones
- 2007 Membership - John Jones - 301 N Main St, Le Sueur MN
56058-4361 is our membership chairman (email).
John reported membership was at 124.
Rally 2007
- The 2007 E-H Super X Rally is only 2 ˝ weeks away. The Rally mailing
went out on Friday 15Jun2007 so all should have received it.
- Rally Mailing – The Rally mailing went out on Friday 15Jun2007 so all
should have received it. It was mailed out to 1,129 people.
- Old Bob is finalizing the run from Albert Lea to Elysian for lunch and
then to Le Center for Rally Registration.
- Ken is finalizing the Poker Run route for Friday.
- Saturday night's Social Time location has been changed from The Hide-Out
in Lexington to The Bar in Le Sueur as there was a scheduling conflict at
The Hide-Out.
- It was decided that the plaques for the ‘Bike with the Most Miles’ will
be based on the odometer reading and the ‘Longest Ride In’ will be on the
honor system.
- Waz reported the reservations are in place for all the food events. The
Pioneer Chapter will provide the same 5 meals as last year.
- Phil will work with Randy to get the T-shirts ordered through Mike and
Waz will take care of stuffing the Rally Bags with t-shirts and Rally pins
etc. It was decided the Pioneer Chapter will order about 100 non-Rally
shirts for inventory at the same time the Rally shirts are ordered.
- Chuck reported the schedule for the Ride to Sturgis is completed and the
plan is to depart John’s Repair at 0800 on Sunday August 5th. Contact Chuck
if you plan on riding with the group to Sturgis.
- It was decided we would pass the bucket for a donation to the Cancer
Society as we have in the past.
- The current Rally Schedule (Rally ‘07) and Ride to Sturgis Schedule
(Sturgis ’07) are on ehridersclub.com – take a look! We hope to see you all
at the Rally!
Old Business
- 2007 Membership Gift . Members who have not already picked up their
license plate frame can do so at the Rally. They will not be mailed out to
members until after the Rally. If you want to purchase additional license
plate frames they are available from Waz. Contact Waz at rickwazz@comcast.net
or call him at 763-374-1011. The cost is $5 for each addition frame.
New Business
Next Meeting
- There is no meeting scheduled for August. Our next meeting will be in
Le Sueur at The Bar on Sunday Sept 16th at 1:00 pm.
Pioneer Chapter owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer
Chapter owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members.
