E-H Riders Club Meeting Minutes

The meeting was brought to order by John Jones at 1:30 PM.
We had two members from afar that attended the meeting this time - Ed
Kryselmire from Evanston, WY and Dave Spry from Omaha, NE.
Treasurer’s Report –
Phil Ward
- We had the normal monthly expenses - web hosting and some shipping
expenses.
Membership Report – John Jones

160 members have renewed so far for 2006.
Old Business
- Merchandise - 2006 Membership Gift hats can be purchased for $15 each
while supplies last if you want another one. Contact Waz if you are
interested in hats or in other merchandise. Rick Wawrzyniak, 4817 Glenwood

- The Holiday Get-Together will be held at Waz’s On January 13th, 2007
starting at 3PM. We will have a short meeting starting at about 4PM. The
Pioneer Chapter will provide hors d’oeuvres for the event. This will also be
our 2007 Membership Drive Kickoff.
Rally 2007
- Dave Spry made a motion to move our Rally dates to Aug 1-4 so as to be
just before the Sturgis Rally contingent on availability of the Le Sueur
Fairgrounds Building. There was considerable discussion. The motion passed
with the understanding we would try get the building from July 11-14 if
August wasn’t available and if July 11-14 wasn’t available we would stay
with July 4-7. Dale Jones will check with the Le Sueur County Fair Board.
- We did receive approval for the August dates on 07 Dec 2006.
New Business
- Membership - For the seventh year, membership will remain at $20.
- We need ideas for the 2007 membership gift. We've done t-shirts, hats, key
fobs. One idea was an embossed plastic, adhesive-backed plaque with "EH
Riders Club", an EH emblem, and possibly the member's VIN number on it.
Please get any thoughts about other types of member gifts to any officer.
- We're going to avoid the holiday season so there is no December meeting
