The meeting was brought to order at halftime (Vikings/Panthers) by John Jones. Waz was at the game!

In the last month we received dues from a couple of current members who had already paid for this year. Their payment will be applied to their next year's dues.
Phil took a look at our finances over this past year, and saw that we're holding pretty steady in income vs. expenses.
Rally - We lost about $750 at this year's Rally. There were some small increases in expenses over last year, plus we paid for an additional meal and for the Schell's Brewery tour so the extra expense was expected. The Chapter will continue to shoot for a break-even Rally balance sheet, but if we lose money on a Rally it's not going to be considered a crisis.

156 members have renewed so far for 2006. In addition to the usual renewals, we picked up 10 new members at the Rally.

Other Merchandise – Waz has most of the merchandise. John Jones currently has the work shirts left over from last year’s Rally. We’ll consolidate the merchandise with Waz some time in the future.

Attendance - We had about 93 attendees. About 35 attendees took advantage of the new Daily Registration option. This worked out well for the Chapter since we had slightly more registration income this year with about the same number of attendees.
Events - Friday's activities (the poker run and brewery tour, capped off by the meal in St. Peter) were very well received. The extra cost was worth it.
We'll investigate current options for sending out the Rally mailers. Since the last time we looked into this, more options (US Postal printing and mailing, among others) have become available.

The meetings at Wy's Casino in Central City and The 333 Club in Beulah saw a great turnout. There were as many (if not more) X's than in past years. We had 18 Xs at Wy’s and over 20 Xs at Beulah. We had Xs from North to South and West Coast to East Coast at the events. A special note - Panhead and Holly, known to many long-time EHers, made it from South Carolina and both were on X's. Try to join us next year – it’s a great time to meet X riders from across the U.S.

In the past, we've replaced the December meeting with a holiday get-together. The feeling today was that avoiding Chapter activities in the busy holiday season would be good. We'll discuss this at the October meeting.
