In the last month we received over $150 income from dues. Expenses were normal except for the Rally Pins (three years worth of dogbones) $865, March Web hosting ($20), mailing supplies.

Eighty seven members have renewed so far for 2006, compared to last year’s 181. We still have a ways to go.

2006 Membership Gift – Mike Hamann has received the hats. The members requested Mike to order 200 hats for the membership gift. Each member will receive a hat and may purchase additional hats while supplies last. Waz will get in touch with Mike and pick up the hats and will have a hat stuffing/mailing evening sometime within the next couple of weeks or so.
Other Merchandise – Waz has most of the merchandise. John Jones currently has the work shirts left over from last year’s Rally. We’ll consolidate the merchandise with Waz some time in the future.

The registration mailing has been composed, and will be sent to the mailing service. The target mailing date is mid-May.
The 2006 Rally “logo” will be the winged logo Mike got for the member gift. Mike is checking on t-shirts from the same source we used the first couple years of the Rally.
A couple of venue changes were made in the Rally evening activities as one of the locations planned on is now closed.
There will be no Cancer Walk on Friday of the Rally as the organizers changed the date to July 14th. We will still collect donations at the Rally check in and give them to the Cancer Walk.

Just a reminder. We had to move the website to a new server (on the same host). We took the opportunity to do some re-arrangement. Therefore, if you have any bookmarks set on your browser, they’re most likely obsolete. The best bet is to go to www.ehridersclub.com, and navigate from there.
