In
the last month we received over $400 income from dues and $15 from sales of
a patch. Expenses were normal – Monthly web hosting ($20), shipping
supplies, and postage expenses for merchandise.
Membership Report – Chuck Barsness
Sixty-five members have renewed so far for 2006, compared to last year’s
181. We have a ways to go.

Old Business
Elections - The final slate of
candidates was:
Director – Tim Breidenbach, Rick
Wawrzyniak
Treasurer (half-term) – Phil Ward
Secretary – Chuck Barsness
Membership Chair – John Jones
Phil, Chuck, and John were elected. Rick Wawrzyniak was elected Director.
The Board of Directors requested that Tim Breidenbach fill Rick’s former
position as Assistant Director, and Tim accepted.
Membership Gift – Mike Hamann submitted
artwork for the hat. The members requested Mike to order 200 hats for the
membership gift. Each member will receive a hat and may purchase additional
hats while supplies last.
Merchandise – Waz has most of the
merchandise, and just needs the work shirts that John has. We’ll consolidate
the merchandise with Waz.
New Business
Mike Hamann showed an engraved wood Excelsior plaque. Contact Mike if
you want one made.
Rally 2006
The registration
mailing has been composed, and will be sent to the mailing service. The
target mailing date is mid-May. • Chuck has ordered three years worth of
Rally dogbone (year) bars to get the quantity discount. • The 2006 Rally
“logo” will be the winged logo Mike got for the member gift.

We
had to move the website to a new server (on the same host). We took the
opportunity to do some re-arrangement. Therefore, if you have any bookmarks
set on your browser, they’re most likely obsolete. The best bet is to go to
www.ehridersclub.com, and navigate from there.
