 Treasurer’s Report – Randy Schwandt

Income generated this month is mostly from Rally registrations. 81 attendees are registered. Some people have overpaid. Reimbursements have been mailed back to senders.

 Membership Report – Chuck Barsness

To date, we have 160 paid members.

Members may pick up their membership T-shirts at the rally.

Membership shirts not distributed at the rally will be mailed to their respective member. (Membership T’s: not to be confused with Rally T’s or Rally Work-shirt)

Memberships can be renewed by mailing dues to Chuck Barsness, 428 Orchard Lane, So St Paul, MN 55075 or on the Chapter website:   www.ehridersclub.com .

 OLD  BUSINESS

 Rally

• Down payments have been made on shirts, plaques, etc.

• Rally T-shirts will be in the rally bags as in past years.

• Rally Work-shirts will be distributed at the Rally Registration place separately from the bags. Late delivery date of these shirts will make it impossible to sort into the bags.

• A limited number of extra Work-shirts have been ordered. These will be sold on a first come first served basis.

• A limited number of patches for jackets will also be available on a first come first served basis.

• Check the website for Rally events calendar. Tech discussion topics by John (John’s Repair- Saturday) will be on cylinder heads, and his S&S engine retrofit into an EH frame.

• Approximately 15 campsites with electrical hook-ups will be available at the Le Seuer County Fairgrounds in Le Center.

Location

Again, please note a change in location for this years rally.  Instead of Scott County fairgrounds, we will be meeting at Le Sueur County Fairgrounds in Le Center.

NEW BUSINESS

 Sturgis

• John Jones will be organizing the ride to Sturgis this year. Contact John for details.

Next Meeting

·        Is July 17 at John's.  The meeting will be to wrap up Rally Business. There will be no August meeting…have fun at Sturgis and other rides!
