The meeting was held at John’s Repair, LeSueur, MN and called to order by Director Phil Ward.
· Current membership stands at 136. There are approximately 30-40 past members that have not renewed.
· Membership pins have been received. Fifty of the pins have been sold and sent to Nils in Sweden. Members present at May’s meeting have received their pins. The balance will be mailed.
· The Rally Brochures have been mailed. We expect that all the EH Owners and Enthusiasts we know of should have the Rally Brochure by Memorial Day.
· Rally pins are not available as order items on the Rally Registration forms. They will only be available to Rally attendees for purchase. A limited supply has been ordered.
· The artwork for the Rally T-shirt was decided upon. It is a photo from 1923, depicting several bikes in front of an Excelsior Motorcycle & Bicycle Company dealer.
· Online Rally registration is now available – go to Rally Registration .
· Rally schedule refinement – John Jones will have a Tech Talk starting at 9:00 am Saturday, followed by the Dyno shoot out.
· Ride to Sturgis - Contact Chuck Barsness for times and routes. Make your own room arrangements.
· Display Case - Will be discussed more completely after the rally.
· Website Update – Please continue to forward info to Evil Bob for posting on the website.
