The meeting was held at John’s Repair, LeSueur, MN and called to order by Director Phil Ward.
· Current membership stands at 131. There are approximately 30-40 past members that have not renewed. The possibility of contacting these members one more time was discussed.
· Membership pins have been ordered. Fifty of the pins are to be sent to Nils in Sweden. Members present at May’s meeting will receive their pins then. The balance will be mailed.
· Pages of the rally brochure were reviewed. The Rally registration form will include a line for membership dues. The brochures will go to press in early May. They should be mailed by June 1.
· Rally pins will not be available as an order item on the rally registration forms. They will only be available for purchase at the rally. A limited supply will be ordered.
· Rally pens for this year will be a standard click pen. They will be included in the giveaway bags. Next year’s pen will be a float pen with EH name and artwork. Seeking a sponsor to help with the cost of the pens was discussed. The sponsors’ name and business info would be included on the pen.
· Also available at this year’s rally will be collapsible can coolers and stickers.
· Plaques for the bike show will mirror the artwork on the rally pin.
· Artwork is still needed for the Rally T-shirt. The T-shirt design must be decided by the May meeting in order to be available for the Rally.
· Registration for the rally and ordering merchandise is not yet available online.

· Display Case - Will be discussed more completely after the rally.
· Website Update - No info has been forwarded to Evil Bob for posting on the website. Evil Bob and Randy are working on rally registration being available via Pay Pal.
